During our market analysis, we noticed that there is a problem with the awareness of people planning interior finishes. This problem is related to the cost of the entire finish and the knowledge of the prices of individual design solutions. Approximately 90% of people renovating go over their budget or do not finish what they have planned. So we have prepared a calculator for our clients that has clearly defined packages, and a price list for non-standard services. This works so that, based on the client’s requirements and expectations, we are able to plan a budget for a customised interior design project within one meeting. This gives the client full control of expenditure and predictability of budget at the end of the project. We estimate the cost of finishing from PLN 949/m2 to PLN 1990/m2 depending on the scope of work and products selected.
Often, service providers limit their choice of goods to one particular product catalogue. Our Designers go out of their way to offer a wide range of suppliers. We are not limited to catalogues only (more than 120 manufacturers from Poland and Europe). As a result, our customers have a wide choice of products and receive the arrangement of their dreams from us. The only thing that limits the choice of products with us is the customer’s budget.
Our cooperation with the client follows established stages:
1. free consultation.
We start with a free consultation with our designer and customer service representative. During the meeting, we discuss the client’s individual needs and prepare a budget tailored to their requirements.
2 Contract signing.
The consultation is followed by the signing of a contract for the chosen package or individual design. In the contract, we precisely define the budget for the planned interior design.
3. design.
For premises that have been accepted, we start designing within 0-2 weeks. If the premises are to be handed over in the future, we begin the design within a fixed period agreed by both parties.
4 Cost estimate.
Once the client has selected a list of products and arrangements, the client has the option to modify the budget for individual items during the design process. The cost estimate price can be adjusted at the client’s request, with the possibility of reducing or increasing the cost.
5 Implementation.
Once the cost estimate has been approved by the client, we start implementation within 1-2 weeks.
6 Completion time.
The expected completion time for the flat is 8-12 weeks, depending on the scope of work and the square footage. In addition, we allow time for any carpentry work, if any.
When researching the market, we have observed that people who finish interiors often change their minds, requirements and preferences during the interior finishing process. This situation significantly prolongs the work and the entire interior finishing process. It also brings chaos to the budget. That is why the project created with our designer before the realisation includes the full budget for the products and all the design ideas. With the design created, we have control over the budget and are able to complete the work on time. The design itself can also be used to sell the flat with full documentation, (locations of installations are included in the design).
In today’s market there are 3 types of interior finishing services. A small renovation team, an interior designer with a supervision service, and turnkey interior finishing companies that employ designers, logisticians, coordinators and supervise the entire interior finishing process.
The Novahouse service saves time and nerves during the whole process, there is no need to be familiar with interior finishing. The customer spends time only on the most pleasant part, i.e. working out with the designer how he wants the interior to look like.
The entire service covers all stages from initial budget planning, through design and construction, to final implementation. We take care of the end result and give the client the premises cleaned and finished with carpentry built-ins. With this approach, a turnkey project can be tailored to specific requirements and cater for the client’s individual needs.
The designer has the knowledge and experience needed to verify the work on site from a technical point of view (standards ) e.g. waterproofing, angles of slopes of a linear drain. The client does not have to worry about and check the construction workers whether they are working according to the art of construction. The designer also verifies compliance with the design. Another task of the designer is to keep an eye on deadlines. The logistician orders and delivers products and materials to the construction site. Our clients do not need to be familiar with building law or the technical aspects of construction. So they do not waste time supervising the work and do not have to learn from their mistakes.
We have two design options; fast mode and normal mode.
Quick mode
In order to accommodate clients who value time, we have created a design service that we are able to complete in as little as 2-3 weeks. This option is characterised by strict rules that are adhered to by both parties.
Normal mode
This process covers a period of 4-6 weeks. The client is able to move quietly through the design phases, leaving time for any changes and adjustments.
In the classic refurbishment model, it is the client who takes the time to travel to builders’ merchants. He also has to travel to the renovated premises to verify the receipt of deliveries. With us, this looks different. Our logisticians ensure that building and finishing materials are purchased with the right stocks, and make orders in advance to the warehouse so as not to generate work stoppages. Thanks to this solution, the customer, saves time and nerves and we get the job done on time.

Yes, in each of the packages available at Novahouse, we conduct a verification of the local property. We delegate the task to an independent building inspector, who thoroughly evaluates the property in many technical aspects. After the analysis, the client receives a comprehensive report from the inspector with professional opinions, which he can then show to the developer for possible repairs.
Renovation work is often prolonged, which causes frustration and generates additional costs. In each of our orders, a design and implementation schedule is planned. We work in a dedicated project management program. Our team is held accountable for on-time completion, which gives the client the confidence to move into the apartment on the selected date.
Products and materials may arrive at the construction site damaged, with different parameters or colors. Such situations take time – you need to report the complaint and monitor it. We make advance purchases of selected products and verify them. This saves time for complaints and completes the agreed work on time.
We often see a lack of responsiveness and response to complaints by other micro companies. Mostly it is that a dedicated person for complaint handling has not been hired. Our company has a team of people who are responsible for a specific complaint, should one arise. We use a complaint notification system. A designated person is able to make a quick response and gather information to organize a possible repair team. The customer can count on an efficient response from our side. When a client decides to renovate, it is often the case that they have to wait a long time for the first free window of the renovation team, or there is a need to book much earlier. We plan ahead for the project and its implementation. We manage the work schedule of many of our contractors. We have a large number of contractors verified by us. Therefore, with us you do not wait long, we are available practically on the spot if needed. We give Guarantees to start and complete the work on the agreed date.
Carpentry cabinets are installed by qualified specialists in this particular field. When it comes to household appliances, the person assembling the built-ins cooperates with an electrician and a plumber who have the appropriate authorizations. As a result, we hand over to the customer a kitchen with the installations connected and fully equipped, ready for use right away. At the end, the customer gets instructions for use of the kitchen and guarantees.
We send weekly reports containing information on the degree of progress of the work along with photos of the implementation. Analyzing the work of various finishing companies, one can see that some of them do not disclose all the costs associated with the renovation.
